1st rnd- 5:492nd-5:473rd-6:364th-8:105th-8:19Total time with rests: 38:22 rx'd During the 4 round I started to blister. And felt super fatigued in my arms. Could only get 2 pull-ups at a time. Happy with my time on my first two rounds. I'm sure everyone will be me on this one, but just happy I kept at it and used no band. Also did this one alone at home.

Total: 38:22 Rx'd1- 4:502- 5:133- 5:234- 5:395- 5:35A few more pullups and I would have ripped my hand - I have a nice blister, but didn't open. Did 18 pullups unbroken first round - that is a new PR for me! the rest of the rounds I was getting 12-14 to start. Pushups were the worst for me, but was still able to do the first 20 pretty quickly. The breaks really helped!
Tara - either you added wrong or you didn't take 3 minute rests!I get your total time as 34:41 for the rounds and adding 12 minutes of rest would be 46:41.
Rx'd1. 5:352. 5:273. 5:124. 5:355. 5:32 I had to be somewhere, so I only took 1:30 minute rests, and between round 3 &4 I had a 1 minute rest. Being in a hurry pushed me.
Sorry Jen. I'm not good at adding the times up so I had Seth do it and posted what he said. I just did it again and it came out to 46:41 WITH rests.
Nice job, Lisa! What was the most amount pullups you did before dropping from the bar? I posted you on the Leaderboard as 39:21 (what your time would have been with 3 minute rests)I looked back and this was actually one of the first WODs I did back on 1/25/09, it took me 50 minutes with jumping pullups!
I got between 8-10 pullups before dropping each time, so 10 was the most.
