Legs are so sore from all the lines and squats yesterday. Made the burps hard. My DU's were pretty good today.

This was harder than I thought! I am more sore from all the pushups yesterday and my arms fatigued fast from the KBs and burpees. did the first set of DUs unbroken, but the rest were pretty broken up.

Burpees were SO hard! I'm doing a month challenge with Jared of 300 low weight KB's per day so that's why I'm not rx'd. I did 100 before the workout began to make it more true to the real thing though :)

Ran 3.5 miles with Cheri after. Thanks for the great workout everyone!

Deneshia 15:29 Burpee kickback only after first round. Too many burpees, thought I may suffer death by burpees. After first round started to get dizzy and realized I skipped lunch... not sure that would have helped with this many burpees. DU and KB unbroken.
