I was dripping sweat by the end of this! Lisa killed the runs! And Tara kept me pushing hard!

I forgot my exact time but it was in the 26 minute range. Ran with the stroller for all rounds but had modified pushups. I actually really liked this workout. PUs were tough even modified but I liked the balance between the runs and sets.

Deneshia 32:12
Knee assist push ups after second round. Much room for improvement on runs; my legs didn't have much after squats and lunges. Improvement on squats slow, improvement on push ups slower!
