Slowly getting back into working out after 6 weeks off. Toes 2 Bar really bothered my left arm/shoulder. I was only able to do 5 to start and 3 the last half. This is where most my time lapsed. PC's actually felt good except on my left shoulder. Just glad to be doing WOD's again.

Got through 12 Power cleans @ 80#, used 12# WB @ 9ft. I didn't even think I would make it to PCs after T2B! Those were brutal - especially after doing 14.5 yesterday!
