22:53I haven't WO lately so running was good since I wasn't tensely sore. Wallballs were great too. My feet and knee started acting up on the box jumps so I resorted to stepups. So 1 round box jumps and 4 rounds with stepups on the bench, not box. There weren't enough box jumps.

03/17/14 32:58 My coordination was really off, so I wouldn’t really call this Rx’d; my WB were terrible. I’m must be doing something awkward with my left arm during WB’s cause every time I do numerous WB’s my left elbow swells. Not looking forward to this one again.Good Job everyone!
