My last 800 was ~3:10.
Did this with Lisa today and got 18:46. She ran laps around me since between the Valentines WO and power cleans at 60# yesterday. I just felt like a brick today! In a good way:-) Did all Rx'd and unbroken except jr I had to do 90 singles because of the feet in all rounds. Started with 10 dus and pain started so I switched to singles first round. Not sure my mile time? But it was 7 something.
