I was surprised to be able to handle this weight; a little scary without bumper plates. Everything unbroken with breaks between and BJ really slowed down the last two rounds.

This was so hard. I'm so sore from the Valentine's WOD that this just hurt. A slow go for me. Paul killed it! He didn't rest one time. Just pushed through all of it.

I started rx'd but couldn't do full extension of my arms cause it was too heavy. Dropped it down to 65 during second round. Haven't done push press in a while, so I felt like this was plenty of weight.
