18:14 Rx'dMy DU's really sucked again! I felt good before the workout, then couldn't get more than 5 at a time the first round and only got one stretch of 13 on the second round. First row was 4:40, 2nd was 5:00. Previous times:14:09 Rx'd (11/25/12)14:54 Rx'd (12/15/11)14:58 w/200 singles (12/7/09)
10:35 sub 1000m row for 1000m run. My runs felt great, and my dus were ok. Did 35-15 first round, and 40-10 for the second.Dev did this too with the run and 150 singles @ 15:31.
