Practice something that you suck at doing and want to improve!
Attempt to PR on a lift, max reps, or run/row time.

Keep up those Turkish Getups (TGUPs) for February until you hit 250.
February Challenge: Add 25 Good Mornings to your warm-up.

I am only at 120 for my TGUPs! I have been slacking the last week and a half.

I did the pill up wod from January 1st. I was third today and only got to minute 10. I did worse. I also did 100 DU's. My biggest slew of them was 24. I'm working on keeping my legs straight and not bending my knees.
