With a running clock of 15 minutes do the following:

1 minute of Squats
2 minutes of Double Unders
3 minutes of Pushups
4 minutes of Good Mornings (30/45#)
5 minutes of Pullups

Post total reps.

32.5# GM. I’m really reverting on pull ups, I had been going to the rock gym at least once a month and have not been able to. Not sure if it was the squats prior to DU’s but really didn’t have the energy to bust them out.

This wod was tough. Du's made it hard to do push ups. Push ups made the good morning rough. Our shouldered were burning. Pull ups weren't too bad. A little of everything though.

Whenever we have a wod with pull-ups I am always just happy that I did it with no band.

Did this again. With the right shorts on this time so my pants dont fall off jump roping!

I was toast for the pullups. I didnt even start until after 40 seconds. So glad I did this over.
