02/02/14 Deneshia Total 255 Rx'd 35, 88,35, 60, 35 32.5# GM. I’m really reverting on pull ups, I had been going to the rock gym at least once a month and have not been able to. Not sure if it was the squats prior to DU’s but really didn’t have the energy to bust them out.
