Subbed 45# Thrusters for WB's and 135# PP for HSPU's. I also had a call (@ work) 10 BJ's into the WOD! Once finished (~ 25 minutes) I started at BJ's and did 50 more (I took 1 minute off my time). BJ's were on 8" stairs and had to jump vertically 16 - 24" as well as 24" horizontally. I don't want to do this again!

Ha! I felt this same way for this.
Only had 30 minutes to do this WOD and only made it through WB's.
That's ok. It's giving me the motivation I need to eat healthier...or at least add a little nutrients to my sugar. I've been feeling terrible and having charlie horses. Ouch! -Deneshia

This was really hard. I even had a lot of modifications. By the end of pushups, I was only able to get 2 at a time! Thanks ladies for doing this together!

Morgan- 28:46 modified situps/pushups/v-ups/HSPU. Lunges Lunges and BJ were the only ones unbroken. And Holy crap, just realized I never did the burpees!

28:33 19" bj, modified hand stand pushups, and 18# kb for 45 and 35# for the last 25...that was what threw out my back a few weeks ago, so i was being cautious.

This was killer but so satisfying! I was so happy with my time. Jen, I'm so glad you worked out with us. I know I pushed hard cause I was trying to keep up with you. I was impressed with everyone on this. All of these were super tough. Way to go Tara on your pull ups. No band! Way to go!

This was a hard one! Did knee pus, jumping pull-ups, stepups and table pu's! Major modified but I'm major sore still! Everything else was rx'd 35#kb, 12#wb
