11:20 70#
Thrusters were tough. 70# was plenty of weight. My du's were killer this time. Modified the way I do them so I'm keeping my legs straight and coming higher off the ground.

I was dumb doing this for 2 reasons. 1. I only had one day off after doing 2 WOD's. 2. This was too heavy for my left shoulder to rack. But I did it anyway. Unbroken Thrusters except for round 2 (5/3). My left shoulder couldn't support the weight anymore. Otherwise I was strong in the press. Front Squat was slow and core driven. I almost paused at the top and Shoulder Pressed the weight overhead. Double Unders I tripped up on my untied shoe laces on 50 (9/41) and 40 (4/36).

12:37; 75#

This was bad! My DU's really held me back. Had a few good strings, but a lot of trip ups. Thrusters were tough at this weight. Managed to do the first 10 without dropping the bar, just rested on shoulders.
