I did this with Jared in our garage. We staggered our start times so one of us would always be in the garage with Wyatt, but Jared was faster than me today and beat me to the last 400m. I did about a minute of squats while he finished before I took my last 400m run.

Wallballs felt like nothing compared to the DL. I'm happy to be lifting 135 but it is really tough!

I forgot to mention that I did 30 more Turkish getups. I need to get a move on to reach 250 though :/

Tara, way to go almost hitting body weight! And you did it so fast, too!

I was slow on my deadlifts. I was unbroken but made sure I was proper form! My runs were slow!

I forgot to add that we had to run from the front entry of our house to the garage and back each round.
