With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Only finished minute 10. Did 8 pullups in minute 11. Morgan and I want to do this one again and see if we can do better on a stationary bar with chalk. Our hands were dying, and felt like i couldnt get a good rhythm going with the swinging bar. We ran 2 miles afterward...slowly, so I didnt keep time.

This was extremely hard on my left shoulder. I felt like I was using 70% right arm and 30% left arm. I believe if I was healthy I could have made it to round 20. I finished 17 pullups at 16:59 and was only able to get 12 more during round 18.

I felt really good through 10, then the arm fatigue set in! Those last 10 were pretty much one at a time!

Finished minute 11 and barely scraped in 8 more in minute 12. I'm not entirely sure I even cleared the bar on any of those 8 either. This was such a weird workout. It was easy and then it just wasn't. The fatigue didn't really ease in, it just hit and suddenly it was hard to get even one pullup at a time.

same as last year...left hand tore in 2 places and had a big blister forming on right hand so that was that.
Not too happy.
