hahaha! This is just going to look so silly. Well, I know I will look silly, anyway...
01/16/14Deneshia 04:10 Rx'd This felt slow; but did it inside with little room for mistakes.
Denishia, how did you do this in 4 minutes? I feel like I need to see that kind of speed in action!I left the times in the back of the truck and I'd have to open the garage and move the truck to get them out so I'm not posting exact times until tomorrow. This was a fun workout. Goofy at first but everyone got the groove of the exercise and nailed those handstands! Times ranged from 11 minutes (Way to go, Tara)- 25 minutes, I believe. I was in the 20+ minute range because I had seriously upset kids that took my attention for a good chunk of time. Thanks, ladies and Ryan for joining me today:)
I would guess she meant to type 24:10.
Main site said 50 reps, which definately had me confused. You all are just over achievers! ;)
14:37 Did this today with Morgan where we counted each rep for eachother! We rocked it!
So you only did 10, Deneshia?
Finally getting around to the dry erase board. Here are the times from Friday. I did it again on Saturday without distractions and got 14:32. Morgan- 24:20 (Fri)/ 14:32 (Sat)Tara- 14:50 (Fri)/ 14:37 (Sat)Cheri- 16:56Dez- 25:00Ryan- 19:55Also, welcome Ryan! I hope that was a fun first wod for you.
16:09 rx'd I think I double counted a few reps...no biggie. Tweaked my back last week. Ran the mini marathon at PF Chang yesterday; it was fun. Running my first half next month and doing the Spartan race too. Good job all!
Just getting around to checking out the site and seeing all these comments…I didn't know our times would be made public for all to see, I need to kick it in gear, hahaha! That was definitely a fun first workout for me, can't wait to do more! Awesome job by all!
