I'm not knowledgeable enough in snatches so I did push press instead. I'm not going to post my time cause I know it wasn't the right wod. I did:

@ Heather: A snatch is ground to overhead in one motion. We will go over that in the near future. A good sub would be a clean and Jerk. This is still ground to overhead but in 2 motions. Good Job!

Fun to join Jen and Heather at the park for this one. Their T2B are so fast, I am going to learn their technique. Had to make up the time difference in the snatches.

This sucked on my left shoulder. My T2B had to be strict! Any swaying caused severe pain to my shoulder. I had to run back and forth to my WB which slowed me down a bit. Although I did the same the previous time!
