I know it's a dumb excuse but my legs were sore from my run yesterday so 100# is all I was willing to go. I only have a 35# kb.

Heather, I used my 35 kb with 5 & 2x2.5# weights with lots of duck tape. :)

I couldn't believe how hard I was pushing. I actually slowed down because I knew I would hit my goal of 10 Rounds. KB's on the 9th Round was the only thing broken. My jumps over bar were fast!

Forgot to post. Did this wod with Hillari. We both agreed that it was slow because we just had no speed on the jumps over the bar. We were wondering what ways you can speed this up? Are you supposed to be facing the bar each time (broad jump, turn around, repeat) or could you do little sideways jumps back and forth across the bar like a bunny? Anyway, for me, everything was unbroken but those jumps seemed so slow!

Jen told me on these ones you can do side to side. You don't have to face the bar.

You can jump over the bar any way you like in this one. Lateral jumps are definitely the fastest. For the bar-facing jumps, it will state that as the exercise, as in bar-facing burpees.
