My shin splints are getting bad so my runs were more like jogs. I may have to skip out on runs for awhile until my legs can heal. Everything else was a piece of cake.

Tyler is definitely figured out that crying will get him attention while I'm working out. He slowed us down quite a bit. I ran with him and Cheri and I did our squats holding him. (They ended up being thrusters because the lift made him laugh)
