Paul 4 rounds + ,8 t2b, 8 thrusters, 6 lunges. All my sets were unbroken. We don't have db so we used our bars with 40 and 70 lbs.

Deneshia 4 Rounds +8T2b 2x15# DB w/ red band for thrusters. This worked out very well - good form and able to use weight… at least I think so, I will have to record next time. First round 10 strict T2B (one of my Fitness goals) 12 thrusters (oops focused on form).

My arms were toast after this one! Made the TGUPS I did after even more difficult. Also did a 1 mile run following the WOD in 7:29.
