01/15/14 Deneshia 4 Rounds +8T2b 2x15# DB w/ red band for thrusters. This worked out very well - good form and able to use weight… at least I think so, I will have to record next time. First round 10 strict T2B (one of my Fitness goals) 12 thrusters (oops focused on form).
