finished workout with 10 turkish getups...5 each arm @ 15#

My hand tore on the K2E - it was already close from the pullup WOD, so I was expecting it. I shortened my jumprope and was able to do double unders without the single in between! I was stringing 10-15 at a time. Nice job Lisa!
Also did 10 TGUPs w/18# KB

16:11 (01/03/14) w/ 65# Front Squats
I felt OK considering doing this the day after 163 Pullups. I had a lot of fatigue during the Pullups and K2E's. I did 3 OH Squats and my Left Shoulder gave out and was painful so I ended up finishing with 25 Front Squats.

Just for a heads up:
I am so stoked to see all of you eager and consistent with the Group WOD's. I wish that I could be there at least once a week. Unfortunately, we will be extremely busy this next year and may be hard to make it out at all. Jen will be there hopefully once a week. We will try and keep up with the WOD's and try to post them early enough the night before. If by chance we don't, PLEASE pick a WOD carefully. It is OK to do some same movements consecutive days but only if they were low rep or normal rep scheme. We do not want to injury anybody.
I consider myself Fit and Healthy and never thought I could get Rhabdo. After doing 163 Pullups and seeing all you do the next WOD with more pullups and K2E's I was going to say something but didn't. I went with it. As I type I have isolated Rhabdo in both my arms. It is extremely painful, unable to extend arms and lots of swelling. So keep up the great work, continue to do what you are doing and be safe!

23:59 rx'd on everything but instead of OH squats I put the bar on my shoulders. Still not comfortable with OH. Got 25 du's in a row. Very excited about that!
Paul, 26:10 20' bj and OH squats were on the shoulders as well.

Shoot. I am getting worse and worse about remembering my times for non rx'd wods! I was about a minute after Lisa so I'll call it 18:27? Modified push-ups/ sit-ups. Leg lifts instead of k2e but I rx'd the OS! Feeling stronger with those but it is brutal on my core to balance that bar. I felt like I was going to hurl after all those tummy exercises even with my modifications!

Paul! Sorry to hear about the rhabdo. That didn't even occur to me when selecting the wod but I failed to consider how many pull-ups you'd be doing- you're a beast! I was pretty happy about my 100 over the 2 days but it sure was hard to knock out those 25 on day 2. Btw, did you take a picture to scare us straight? Anytime you catch us not thinking, you can just post the rhabdo;)
