Ran 1.5 mi as a warm-up. Made the workout harder, especially those jumping lunges!

I can't remember my time exactly. somewhere close to 12:30. tough combo of wallballs and jumping lunges. My first wallball clocked me in the face, so that was not a good way to start! Thanks Heather and Paul for your company and driveway!
