10:00 Started rx'd but after 6 reps felt I was losing my form and dropped to 55#. I've been sick the last 4 days and this workout was slow for me. Next time I will definitely have a better time.
Morgan- 7:25 rx'd weight/modified sit-ups Did double modified sit-ups. After the first round I thought it was going to be a pretty easy workout. But my arms really felt it in round 2 and by 3 I dropped the bar three times! Felt good though.

Haven't done Thrusters in quite some time; took my time and felt better each round.
Did not drop bar.
