It must have been the WB's that slowed me down. My 2k row was quite a bit faster than last time.

I ran instead of the row. Don't know if that's considered rx'd. All wb unbroken.

My mile time for the first 2000m run was 6:50, so tried to keep that pace, but I know I slowed down.
