My runs felt slow, but I didn't stop on the burpees, situps, pushups, or squats. I was afraid heather was going to out-burpee me!

I totally was gaining on you Jen. The run is what slowed me down. You picked up the pace the last few burpee rounds.

12/01/13 23:35 Rx’d I was hoping for more improvement than this; but, I guess not too shabby for burpee/pushup combo. I think I may have done reps of four- more than once… or twice. I was gassed by the last few reps and almost forgot the 800m run. My arms were numb and my legs had nothing for the run.
