This workout is always harder than it seems like it will be! DL were 12-9, 9-6, 9. The first round of pullups seemed to take forever.

This was hard for me today. My first run was about 20 seconds slower than Jen. My groin/pelvis is injured and just can't seem to run. Everything was unbroken except for the second round of pullups (10-5).

I can't remember my time anymore for this but I actually did rx'd so I'm bummed I forgot to post!

Lisa, I took off my 2.5#'s off your bar when I was leaving so I'm pretty sure you did 100#. Unless you needed 2 sets?
