Not much improvement... Pullups are still difficult. OHS 35+15. DU's got to 25 then strung 8-12 until the end when I got tripped up! 71+2+2! LOL. I did this after running 3 miles.

Nice job all. Thanks Jenette; glad we could knock this one out and that your shoulder is ok!

14:09, 10 jumping pull-ups, singles

I felt a sharp pain in my right tricep so go the box and started on jumping pu's. Didn't want to give up on regular pu's because I was on a roll, so pushed the box aside and kept going, and the arm was ok. SU's unbroken. OHS were 25/15/10.

Krista killed this after doing a hard wod last night, a 5k right before this, and ripping her hand on the pu's! She just kept going!

Good hard WOD! I am happy to get the first 40 Pullups. My goal was 30. I think I could have PR'd on pullups but dropped to save energy. OHS were slow. I did 15-11-10-8-6 My goal was SUB 10!
