Lunges were SO painful, and I went up and down the driveway like last time. So, I wanted to make more progress but I think we are limited due to the set-up at my garage, distance between each exercise and transition time. Will need to try this at the park.

11/19/13 4 rounds with 15 seconds left but had multiple muscles cramping and had to stop. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the junk food binge I've been on since Halloween. Lunges 25#DB's - not going to lie these were awful and so uncoordinated! RD red band and unbroken. DU unbroken.
3 Rounds With Box jump due to broken jump rope.
