25 Snatches

Prescribed weight is 95# for men and 60# for women on all exercises.

I guess my time was better than I thought! I was happy to get through the shoulder press! Was only able to do one at a time for the last 5. OHS were good 17-8. Snatches at the end were tough - only one at a time - my shoulders are toast!

27:19 45# for everything but OH squats, shoulder press, snatches I did 30# for those. Had to help an injured kid during my snatches, so my time is a minute or so longer.

Had to lift up on my toes to get through those shoulder presses...this were awful! everything else not too bad. nice to do snatches again.

I maybe got 7 or 8 actual shoulder press. The rest included tip toeing which was the only way I could get it up! Plus, that was where I took off 5# because I got one lift in but after that- even with rest, I couldn't get it up without some kind of momentum.
That's where I apologize to Paul. I should have practiced the shoulder press before I began the wod to know what weight would work. Didn't realize it would be as tough as it was.
I pre-planned the snatch and OS on a separate bar because I'm still not confident in my form on those and didn't want to get injured.

This was a fun wod to do as the group though! Thanks everyone!

I did my first 50 Reps unbroken. Was able to do my first 10 SP's. The rest were broken but strong. Finished PC's at 13:55. Started Snatches at 14:20. My snatches took about 3:20.

Deneshia 18:32 32.5# except PVC for OHS, to finish out push jerk, and snatches. Bench assist for squats.

Knocked this out with Jenette; SP were BRUTAL. Squats were slow going today. Snatches still just 1-1-1-1...felt ok on this. Thought time was bad; but guess what? Not bad at all. Yay. :)
