Great workout! So happy I am 5lbs from rx'd. Not happy with my time but felt good afterwards with more weight.

My previous time on this was with pushups instead of PP: 16:00 (10-28-13)

The push press at 45# was hard for me today only doing a week and a half of weights like this in over a year but loved it! I caught up with the running and sit-ups but fell behind on pp because I can't do them unbroken even at a lower weight yet. I'm confident that I'll get to that point soon. I did before! Thanks everyone, couldn't do it WO all your ambition! CJM

Great WOD! I was hoping for sub 15 and really had to push on my SU'd the last round just to hit 15:00 flat. Everything was unbroken. My first run was 3:06. I also had a bad cramp the 2nd and 3rd rounds.

Did all my pp without dropping the bar. Rested it a few times, but felt good. The running was good. That is where I make up time. I think we should do more with 800m in it ;)

Good Job Lisa! You want to try to be unbroken once you are RX'd. Mind over matter. We learn what our bodies are truely capabale of. I am very impressed with unbroken 60# PP!
