Black band, modified push-ups/sit-ups
Somehow hurt my foot in first round of pull-ups so runs might have been slower than normal. But then again, maybe it wouldn't have made a difference. Weird day for me but good workout! Awesome group today as well. Thanks ladies!

This about killed me. I am not sure if it is because I have been slacking off on WOD's or that my body is fatigued and broken! Otherwise I was unbroken the entire WOD but my runs were slow!
