Very happy with my time! Did the first 10 rounds in 10 minutes, then slowed down a little after that. thanks for the music, Heather - that may have helped too!

Previous:
16 rnds + 5 Pullups + 10 PU + 3 squats (9/28/12)
17 rounds + 5 pullups + 1 PU (11/11/11)
16 rounds + 1 pullup (6/17/11)

Without hand release:
15 rnds + 5 PU/8 pushups (2/7/11)
13 rnds + 5 PU/10 pushups (3/1/10)
17 rnds (used purple band for PU and knee-assisted pushups) 7/21/09

Modified push-ups.

All pull-ups were unbroken until the last 3 rounds. I had some kind of spasm going on in my leg so I went slower than normal for squats but still happy with my time
