I felt great today. I was unbroken every round. My runs were slow and my weight movements felt strong. Thanks for the great group.

The weights seemed tough, but I did almost all rounds unbroken. I dropped the bar once after PCs on 5th round and dropped once on PP on 6th round.

Was pressed for time today so I just used the bar for quick clean-up. Did everything unbroken and tried to speed up on the sprints to make up for the lower weight. I don't know if I was actually much faster- it was still a tough wod!
