20 Broad Jumps (2.5'/3')

10 - 100M Sandbag Carries (25#/40#)

NOTE:
*Broad Jump is a 2 foot (foot w/toes, not the distance) jump, land, turn around and a 2 foot (foot w/toes, not the distance) jump again. This is 2 reps. Place your distance with 2 marks on the ground and go back and forth.
*10 Sandbag Carries @ 100M is a total distance of 1000M.
*Original WOD finishes with:
10 - 100' Prowler Pushes (150#/250#) or 10 - 100' Tire Drags (150#/250#)

Wow - a lot faster than my previous time - was trying to keep up with Heather! I put the sandbag on my back after about 200m and was able to keep a steady pace that way.

So, I have a big excuse for this terrible time. :-) Krista and I staggered on this one. I stayed ahead for the whole wod except the last 200 M run and sandbag carry. After the broad jumps I got a MASSIVE side cramp and could not stand up straight. Then, I could tell I was slowing down, so I ran into the garage and got my 26# kb leaving the sandbag for KQ. It was very difficult to get up any speed carrying it, but at least it was the right weight. Oh well!

Krista, you almost passed me up! Nice work!

I'm pretty sure my time was 19:30. I know I really slowed down doing wallballs last. That was tough!
