Rest 1 minute between rounds and count total reps.
Do not stop time between exercises.

Although my BJ's are my weakness I did all I could to keep the same scores each round. The third round I just couldn't keep up. It was a great group today with 17 people. Nice Job Verrado!

Don't suggest the chalk to record; but I don't think I would want a pen in the way either and memorizing is not a possibility. Only my second time using the row machine and definitely needed bulkier shoes.

I had problems w/ row; could not get both feet strapped in; didn't strap in at all rnd 2. Finally got in rnd 3...great job everyone!
