13:12 RX'd (09/03/13)My hands are really torn up from the Pullups today and the KB's on Monday. I was unbroken on PU's rounds 21 and 18. Morgan-18:09 (if I remember correctly?) purple bandI was able to get the first 6 PUs each round until 12 pretty easily. The bar got really hot and started tearing up my hands midway through and by 6, I was down to 2 PUs at a time. Thanks Jen- this was way better than my original post!
