My hands are really torn up from the Pullups today and the KB's on Monday. I was unbroken on PU's rounds 21 and 18. Then I started to tear and had to resort to PU's on my fingertips.

I felt like my pullups were slower with the swinging bar. Lunges and situps went fast. Everyone did great today!

Morgan-18:09 (if I remember correctly?) purple band

I was able to get the first 6 PUs each round until 12 pretty easily. The bar got really hot and started tearing up my hands midway through and by 6, I was down to 2 PUs at a time. Thanks Jen- this was way better than my original post!

Deneshia 19:34 First two rounds of pull ups no band; but slow and broken so switched to purple band.
No cramps or rhabdo! I have complete function of my arms! :D
