The push press were tough. First 2 rounds did 13-7, then 9-6-5 for round 3 and 4. My strength was gone by the last round 6-4-4-3-3.

Nice job by the rest of you! Impressive times!

Dreww had a bathroom accident, and it pushed me to finish quickly. Tough WOD! First two rounds of PP unbroken. Aftet that, dropped the bar once each round. That heat just zaps your energy!

I did this on (09/08/13)
Good WOD! I didn't think I would beat my previous time. I feel beat up and very fatigued. The 1st, 2nd and last round on PP were unbroken. The 3rd round was 13-7 and the 4th round was 15-5. It felt harder when I dropped the bar to do the remaining reps. The Burpees felt the hardest!
