6 Rounds
5 Deadlifts
5 Thrusters
5 Push Press
5 Overhead Walking Lunges
25 Situps

RX'd weight is 60#/95#

Once each round is started the barbell may only touch and go. You can not drop bar, or rest bar on ground. Complete each round without dropping!

If by chance you drop the bar, finish the round and post your time and which rounds you failed!

Rx'd on weight, but wasn't able to do without dropping the bar. Had to drop every round for OH Lunges because I had to adjust for a wide grip. Rounds 3, 5, 6 had to drop after 2 push press as well. My lunges were suboptimal as well - more like a half lunge - the weight was just a little too heavy for me on those. Good WOD though!

Tough WOD. My wrists were fatigued from holding the bar in the rack position so I didn't drop it.

Subbed front rack position lunges for OH lunges. Don't think I can hold that much weight over my head ( way to go Jen!). My lunges were ugly too.

ROM was good on everything. Did this in the garage while raining so I had to turn around on OH walking lunges which added time and made balance difficult. One fail round 5; had to drop the bar after 4 PP. Sit ups seemed to slow me down.

I want to get good at all the movements in crossfit so while the weight was too light for DL, Thrusters and PP, it was perfect for OH lunges so I'm content with my wod today. It wasn't challenging but I was able to sneak in a mile run pre-workout so I think I still got a good sweat goin ;)

I finally did Rx'd weight in a workout. This was a difficult one. A lot of weight to work with. Dropped several times. Changed from OH lunges to front rack lunges. My wrist was killing me and I acquired a nice blister on my thumb.
