Start with 4 Burpees and on the minute every minute do 4 Burpees. Complete the following:
20 Thrusters (60#/95#)
20 SDHP (60#/95#)
20 Push Press (60#/95#)
20 Overhead Squats (60#/95#)
20 Front Squats (60#/95#)

I was extremely happy to get the first 3 rounds each in the minute. Although my knee is still bothering me (ALOT) I am happy with the push I gave. I felt nauseated and had that cough after the WOD. I pushed really hard!

Good combination of lifts.

Rx'd on all but OHS @ 55#

This is a crazy WOD! I can't remember exactly how it went. I think I pretty much got everything in 2 sets except for the OHS. started those with 60# and dropped down to 55# after 4 because my squats were so poor and my arm strength was gone.

45# was actually super tough, especially for Thrusters and Push Jerks. Thrusters actually took me into a 3rd minute and I started thinking I might be doing too much weight. But everything else was within the minute. Push Jerks slowed me down and was completed between burpees so time was lost on picking back up the bar to finish and moving to a different bar for OHS. Kind of a fun wod though.
