I felt pretty good on this one. Everything unbroken except for last 2 rounds of K2E. I really wanted to drop the KB on the last round but pushed through it!

I did K2E lying on the ground to for core stabilization. It's the toughest core workout I've tried since having the baby. Thank you Tara for teaching me that! Pushups are still modified. My arms are strong enough but my core is not yet :/ Lunges and pushups went quickly. The other 2 were tough!

Jen posted everyone's but Aaron's. Great job on your first crossfit wod!

I did this on duty after almost 5 straight days at work! We had a rider trying to get on the job do this with me. It killed him and I actually enjoyed this WOD!

Well, I made progress from my last time, and really did feel fast! Not exactly sure where I slowed down as everything was unbroken. Maybe transition times...My grip was fatigued going from KB to K2E, I took a few seconds to shake out my hands.
