Did the 21-15-9 turkish getup/sots press wod from mainsite yesterday at Lifetime before my kids' swim class. What fun! I love trying out new movements. I think it was really hard but I got better and better by the end. 27:35, 20# Rx'd...slow and steady. :-)
90#18, 13,13,10,13My legs were dying from our 400m walking lunge workout. Felt like i couldnt squat very well. So stiff. Have to do this one again sometime without being so sore! Thanks for the workout everyone, and letting me bum weights!
Also, finished 400m run for each set. At 20 min had just finished the last run.

I was happy to get 50 right off the bat although my goal was 30. During the 5th round we got a call (on duty) and I pumped out all I could to get to 150. I got the 29th rep with nothing to spare. After spending about 1 hour in the call, I finished the wod where I left off. I started with the 400M to finish the 5th round and completed 6 total rounds with a total of 181 Reps. I did another round to get to 201 in 22:59.
