Did this with Heather in my garage and the air was just stagnant. It made it really hard to push through the row in the last round when I felt so dang hot!

I did this after BJJ Practice and felt great. I went at a good steady speed. Rows were good. 1st Round - 1:41, 2nd and 3rd Round was about 1:50. Broke DL's only in 2nd Round @ 7-5.
I would have easily got sub 15 minutes if I did 4 Rounds.
