10 Burpees
10 Pushups (Hand Release)
10 Squats
10 Double Unders (30 Singles)

and then,
Do a 1 mile run.

Killed my last time, which I attribute to the DU's. Good WOD. The pushups are tough after burpees! Wanted to do the mile run, but did not have enough time.

Deneshia 13:17 scaled burpee kickback and pushups chest to ground. Second WO today. No mile run.

I pushed hard today; got tripped up on 2 sets of DU's all the rest unbroken. burpees/pushups started to slow me down. Mile after was bad; had serious side stitches. Time is not noteworthy...lol. Jenette great job today! Thank you!! :-)

8:31, 1-mile run

We really pushed it on this one, heart rate was around 185 for the entire 20 mins...shooting into 190's during burpees. I was happy with the run.

What a perfect morning for a WOD! Overcast and breezy at the South Lake with the kids, Krista, Hunter and dog.
