09/21/13Deneshia 13:17 scaled burpee kickback and pushups chest to ground. Second WO today. No mile run.

11:55, singles8:31, 1-mile runWe really pushed it on this one, heart rate was around 185 for the entire 20 mins...shooting into 190's during burpees. I was happy with the run.What a perfect morning for a WOD! Overcast and breezy at the South Lake with the kids, Krista, Hunter and dog.
