Did 21-15-9 squat cleans, knees to elbowsSuper tough! Started with 65#, and had to dtop to 55# after the first 5. Could barely clean the bar at the higher weight, and I didn't want to get injured.11:40
Did same WOD as Lisa. 10:36 w/ 75# - not my best time, but not too far off. The squat cleans are killer on this one!
