I had to do something that was easier on my knee. The Situps were the hardest part. Good WOD otherwise!

This was my second workout today. Did squat cleans and T2B earlier. I am feeling it now!

Push ups slow me down every time!

Push ups were really hard. Was at sub 1min pace until round 5 when my arms gave out. Pull ups and squats were fast and unbroken.
