Love chippers! Nice weather today. Krista and I ran about 3/4 mi after the wod as our cool down. ;-)

Uhm...not to impressed with my time. Forgot my rope so used one of Jenette's and had to do DU's with a single in between...then I skipped BJ's realized it when I was 12 in on DU's, went and did BJ's and then did all 20 DU's. Great weather. Nice run after. Thanks for killing me J. :o)
