Rx'd42,,42,40,37,40,41,43,41,42,41secondsAfter round 5 Morgan and I were only taking 45 second rests in otder to finish faster. Morgan had somewhere to be. Obviously speed is not my forte.
HeatherRound 5 kneesFastest: 33Slowest: 40Paul:Fastest:22Slowest: 38I have to say, Paul was an animal. He said he felt strong in this Wod. He was banging out the push ups like nobody's business. Proud of him.
So I wrote the actual time down for each lap and figured I'd calculate later. I must have kept track wrong (or maybe my math is really that bad) because my lap times are all over the place and not in line with what Lisa posted- which of course they should coincide within seconds of hers since we ran together the whole time. Best I can do is my first and last lap times for accuracy. Morgan- First-40: Last-38, modified pushups.
Fastest: 34 secondsSlowest: 40 seconds37, 36, 35, 35, 36, 39, 38, 40, 37, 34Paul timed my last round which happened to be the fastest - so my timing may not have been completely accurate. Good WOD - I was worried about all those pushups, but it wasn't too bad with the rest in between.

09/17/13Deneshia ssssssssssssllllloooooowwwww on pushups. First two rounds reg pushups, then knee assist. Amazed to get onto my toes and sprint each round. First time sprinting since hip injury in Feb. Prior to that had only been doing sprints for a couple months due to surgery/medical in '09.
