I smoked my last time! This felt pretty easy. I would have been sub 7:00 but only used one bar. It took :45 seconds to strip the weights from DL's to OHS. Also due to my knee injury I put the bar down at 21 on DL's. I think I could have done all 30. OHS were OK. I did 12, 10 and 9 (I did 31). I was at 3:00 when I finished DU's, then it took me over :45 to strip the bar for OHS. I did the first 16 Pullups. Good WOD!

55# OHS

Killed my last time. Deadlifts 10-12-8; DU's 28-2; OHS 9-8-6-7; started with 10 pullups.

DL's 10/7/7/6. The OHS were very good, I really focused on form and got 6 each time. Pull-ups were ok due to having done a PU wod this weekend, but did 5 at a time.
