After 3 rounds I was seriously doubting if I could finish 10. This was hard on my shoulders and very fatiguing.

This was hard! It felt like there was a pile of bricks on my back for the last 3 rounds; weird. I have been running @2.5 miles during boys' football practices during the past 2 wks. One more week to go!

Burpees actually weren't too bad. Had to start breaking up the knees to elbow on round 7.
