I don't know how I pulled this off after 2 hours of training (BJJ). I was exhausted when I did this WOD.

These SDHP got tough fast. I did the first round in 11/10, but the rest of the rounds were 7/5/5/4. RD's I can normally do unbroken but the combination slowed that down to 4/3. Good WOD :-)

Tough WOD I definitely felt like I did not have anything in my gas tank when I first touched the bar. Actually I am surprised that I am still not out there trying to finish this WOD.

rd's w/ purple band

Not bad. I was a little faster last time, but this past week has killed me! Just glad to get a WOD in. RD's felt good - all unbroken. SDHP 1st rnd 13-7, then 9-7-5.
