14:38 RX'd (08/30/13) 6 Laps (51, 25, 20, 15, 15, 15, 9) This was brutal. I did this imediately after BJJ Class in which I rolled 7 - 5 Minute rounds in 50 Minutes. Not only that but I ripped my hands up doing this. My runs were extremely slow!
Jen: 15:56 Rx'd (08/30/13) 7 Laps (30,20,20,16,15,15,19,15) This was my first time doing this one Rx'd with 44# KB. Tough! I really had to push on the second to last round to make sure I got enough reps in to only do one more round.
