It was so hot and muggy today. My grip was killing me. Those kb were heavier than we thought they were going to be.

This was brutal. I did this imediately after BJJ Class in which I rolled 7 - 5 Minute rounds in 50 Minutes. Not only that but I ripped my hands up doing this. My runs were extremely slow!

This was my first time doing this one Rx'd with 44# KB. Tough!
I really had to push on the second to last round to make sure I got enough reps in to only do one more round.
